Mother Nature decided that we wouldn’t be playing pond hockey this winter, so the Braestone Winter Classic Organizing Committee called an audible and transformed the event into a ball hockey tournament.

The sun was out and Saturday February 3rd was a perfect day for ball hockey at The Braestone Club.

With a rejigged schedule, a few reorganized teams, and plenty of positive energy, players, volunteers, and dozens of spectators had an exceptional day.

$154,330 was raised for The Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre at RVH.
